I recognize a couple of the terms you used (cascade = the hops, right? and IPA, yeah, I know that intimately), but whatās the rest of it mean? Does 1.062 have anything to do with specific gravity, or am I mis-remembering the tiny bit of micro-brewing knowledge I absorbed a million (or maybe just 13) years ago?
