Isnât that the whole point of EMP? I guess it is nice that he shares it with the rest of us isnât it? Didnât I actually enjoy the Hello Kitty exhibit today even though it really was mostly a collection tchotchkes? Also didnât I have enough time to revisit the sci-fi and horror exhibits as well as see the newer fantasy and indie video game section?

OMG did I not just treat myself to an extra slice of bread and butter after my friend just left, and isnât it wonderful? (Could the wine we shared have anything to do with my exuberance?) Isnât the Food Labâs version of no-knead bread the best Iâve tried so far? (Nice and sour, excellent open crumb, fabulous crust, and easy-peasy to make.)

And why did I volunteer to buy donuts at 7:00am tomorrow and bring them to their apartment for breakfast, prior to spending half a day with my friend SHOPPING (good god, I hate shopping) for lighting and other fixtures for the home theyâre rehabbing?

Can you provide follow up in all of the appropriate threads when you have answers? What are they? Fuck Today and crafts? Cooking not just dinner? Did you say sour and no knead? (Is my SF raised brain twitching at zero fermentation here?)

Donât they recommend an overnight at room temperature followed by 3 days (can be more, Iâve found) at refrigerator temperature, so there is a form of fermentation involved?

Isnât Central Market lovely to meander through, like a less expensive Whole Foods with fewer faux-hippy things and more foodie things? Donât I miss the Austin Ukulele Society having their meetings there since I could get extra-fancy cheese afterwards? Did you know H-E-B is named after Howard Edward Buttâs initials?
