Do you have semolina flour by any chance? Wouldnāt egg+semolina be more culturally accurate to get that lovely fried ravioli experience? And wouldnāt panko be a bit too crunchy (normally a good thing!)?

Didnāt I bring a bag of croissants home yesterday and found the entire bag empty before I had finished bringing in all the groceries? (Teenagersā¦do they ever stop eating?)
