Who mentioned putting no-knead bread dough in the fridge after the first rise? Why canât I seem to find it by using the BBS search thingie? Was it you, @chgoliz? Am I imagining things?

I thought it might be you, but isnât it odd that I couldnât find it using the search function?
Anyway, after the ~18 hour initial rise, how long should I keep the dough in the fridge? Was it three days? Is there anything I need to do to the dough before putting it in the fridge? Should I just leave it in the bowl, covered with plastic wrap?
