Disgraced radio host publishes 7000-word pity piece about himself in Harper's

This is a link to a segment on the CBC radio show The Current from today. Host Anna Maria Tremonti tries to interview Harper’s president and publisher about the Hockenberry piece, and he beautifully shows how he just does not get it. He does not know what harassment is, talks over Anna Maria, says she and the interviewee from directly before him have a tone from the Soviet era…the man is a cartoon. He is self-parodying. The piece is 20 minutes long, but for people who are genuinely confused about what #metoo is about, I promise it is enlightening.

Thanks, that seals it for me. Buh bye, Harpers.

Lo! Behold. As away she turns, a symbol of her regard is revealed to him.
