A colonial name for what others might refer to as Meso-America, or South America. There is nowhere near as much Spanish influence there as some might assume, incidentally.
Depends who you ask. If that would be the case, then “Hispanic” would mean what they intend, but “Latin” would not. When one term could apply to you, but the other not, it becomes relevant. Sort-of.

(Is 5.2 partners per year really that much? Seems well below average for an unmarried man in his 30s in NYC. Maybe a little above average for a squat balding neurotic unemployed living-with-his-parents George Costanza type, but hardly fantastical.)
According to a 1994 study only about 25% of heterosexual American males had 20 or more sexual partners, so 47 over 9 years definitely seems on the high side especially since he was in a monogamous relationship for a good chunk of that time. And again, one of George Costanza’s defining character attributes was that he was supposedly some kind of undatable loser.
