Not an expert, but from Google results and Reddit arguments it might be the other way around, that according to “protocol” there are certain titles that stick but “President” is supposed to be conspicuously absent from the list
the rationale being that “there is only one President at a time”—which isn’t even true but whatever
( There is always a President and there is also always a President of the Senate and there is also always a President Pro Tempore of the Senate, all of whom are addressed as “Mister President” or “Madam President” while doing those jobs )

GOOD. This is a lovely way to waste millions of dollars on a low-volume pathetic microphone that bleats into the ether and sends platitude “likes” internally. Like giving a kid a busy box.
We know he HAS a following, but they may tire of having to work to manually share his screeds daily to other platforms that he can’t respond to.
