I’ve got an electric tire pump (that can be driven via the cigarette lighter or a standard wall outlet, a canister of emergency tire sealant to use in concert with the pump, a mylar blanket, a large set of rags, a spare quart of motor oil, a case of water, a heavy jacket, a ziploc’ed set of dry clothes, and five MRE’s (plus or minus a few bits and pieces I can’t recall now).
The motor oil and the tire pump have gotten me and others out of trouble, but I haven’t had to use any of the other stuff yet (happily).
