I don’t think the series would count as it is supposed to be more based on the books than the game, though i’m sure they crib a lot from the game for certain things.

Even before the adaptation, I was disappointed as a kid because Double Dragon did not feature even one dragon. False advertising!

I’d like to nominate the 1994 Street Fighter movie under the “It’s so bad, it’s good” category, if only due to the late Raúl Juliá’s portrayal of M. Bison, which would be his last major role; The amount of Ham and Cheese was staggering, and launched at least two tropes.
