Drinking more water may help women avoid UTIs, new study says

the cranberry juice and UTIs thing is apparently bullshit

Which implies that cranberry juice actually causes UTIs…since drinking water prevents UTIs, and drinking cranberry juice is very similar to drinking water, then there must be something in the cranberries that is counteracting the beneficial effect of more water, and causing UTIs.

I would swear I heard ladies in high school discussing this fact. Like, decades ago.

Not at all new … I remember the advice and some studies in the 1960s.

However, having to stay semi-dehydrated because your school or work makes peeing into a hassle needs to be solved first.
