I still want a heart-rending appeal to care for steerage wheels. The poor dog may have to hear that thing from time to time, if it’s put back whole on a bent steering rig or repaired at the bearings.
Maybe they’ll get kerb feelers, lol.

That’s not a car, it’s a space sta^H^H^H an autorickshaw. It has much more in common with a scooter than a car.
The truly best part was when the guy in all white walks up to him and seems to say "are you ok?, He then seems to be saying “wtf, dumbass” as he walks away.

That’s what’s called a tuk-tuk, named for the sound of it’s two-stroke engine. This one’s a taxi, probably in Bangkok, but definitely Thai.
It’s basically the front half of a scooter/moped, with a bench seat and two wheels grafted to the back. You’ll find them in practically every city across Asia and India:
