This drone doesn’t have any alcohol in its blood, officer.

I’m not one to complain, but I’m running out of things to do while I’m drunk.

Trying to think why this is needed… Oh! Now cops have an excuse to harass you while using drone just to “check” on you. Like if your filming Chris Christie’s family chilling on the empty beach he just closed or stuff like that. I am sure this will not be used against any undesirables whatsoever.

Those are the reasons this law passed/exists. The drunk droning part is just the cherry on top.

I thought being a little drunk was traditional?

Sounds like a solution in search of a problem. Fucking nanny state bullshit.

Sober as a NJ judge might not cut it

Came for bagpipe joke. Left happy.

No drunk droning?
So, mandatory breathalyzer test for anyone adressing the Senate or the General Assembly in Trenton?

Hmm. What is there, in this drone law, that compels anyone to submit to a breathalyzer test?

You have to do it when driving a car, but there’s a whole lot of law in the highway traffic act, and a heap of precedent to support that, penalties for non-compliance, and it better be done right.

Someone probably did a quick copy-paste because it looked good.
