Yeah, it’s just layers of grotesqueness at play. Having five people be the arbiters of how AI should be used, even if they didn’t buy into that worldview in any way, would be ridiculous to start off with. It’s made so much more perverse by it being these guys, who have all bought into this shit, have zero self-awareness and are so far up their own butts they don’t realize there’s even a world outside their own colons.
