I was wondering if anyone else is no longer receiving email notifications when they get a reply from someone else while signed out. My notification settings haven’t changed but since a few days ago i no longer get an email if someone directly replies to me. It’s set to ‘only when away’ at the moment but setting it to ‘always’ didn’t seem to do anything either.

Your email sender is rejecting email from us. I’d recommend checking with them as to the specifics.

Crap, really? Not had that problem before but thanks for letting me know.
Putting the sender address on the approved list seems to have sorted this problem out anyway. I’ll raise a support ticket with them and include the error log message you helpfully sent me.
