Experiment: Two teenagers, sleeping late… postcard rack spinner and a performance of the Apprehension Engine on the speakers nearest the bedroom. Is it more effective getting them up than the Dora the Explorer theme song?

A few apartments ago, I had a dishwasher that did this. My roommate and I decided it sounded like a dying space station.

That was deliciously creepy. I so want to make that the office soundtrack once we’re cleared to allow our “essential” staff back. Maybe get a hexbug to skitter around the air ducts at the same time…
