Yeah, he’s literally saying Pence is guilty of “treason” against Trump because he didn’t commit treason against the United States.

That is treason? Gee Pete, do you really want to open up that can of worms? Because that is demonstrably, exactly what Trump, along with you and his other cronies, did in your efforts to overturn the election. Despite being repeatedly warned of said legal opinion’s massive and obvious flaws.
