Well now, that’s an interesting take on what constitutes treason, not least because it includes most Americans who voted in the 2020 election.
Edited to add: How damaged do these people have to be to even imagine that an odious cretin like trump could be worthy of loyalty and admiration?
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” -US Const ArtIII.S3.C1.2
SCOTUS will go back at least to 16th century precedent, when speculating about the end of Henry VIII’s reign or his possible successor was treason, punishable by hanging, drawing, and quartering.

When that person is god king yes. Presidents not so much.
He’s looking for “betrayal,” but the cynic in me says they’re getting out in front of destroying the meaning of the word “treason” ahead of the rest of the Jan 6 information coming to light
If you killed your boss, it was once considered “Light Treason”.
Yes. And?
I thought it was axiomatic that liberals are traitors who hate the One True America, and deserve to be punished for their wickedness. Navarro is merely expressing what all right-thinking patriots feel.
It’s long been the GOP position that over 80 million Democrats conspired together to deny Trump the presidency.
Just keep talking, Pete. Keep on talkin’…
Treason? Maybe they should adopt the 2350 BC precedent (dated according to a non-credible source, Bishop Ussher).
It’s going to take a flood. 0_o
I see that, and salute you.
