I’m not sure if Skypark at Santa’s Village should really be considered “abandoned” these days. It’s a popular destination and the remaining buildings are kept painted and maintained.
One abandoned park that I would have liked to have seen was Nara Dreamland in Japan. It was an excellent example of a post-apocalyptic Disneyland, since it was a shameless ripoff that had many of the same attractions in the same layout, including the Main Street, Castle, Matterhorn, Monrorail, and a few other iconic attractions.
