Lolwut? This is the most idiotic legal theory I have heard this week, and I have been reading the Trump administration’s arguments on the viability of the auto-pardon. FFS.

Remember they got Capone for tax evasion. I know it would be more satisfying to release him to run from the hounds and be hunted from helicopter, but busted is busted.

Interesting approach. He’s basing his strategy on protecting the company’s shareholders from business practises that could reduce the value of their shares if they were exposed. No idea if it will work, but the confused reaction shows that for many in late-stage capitalist society the new holy of holies is not defending shareholder value but about total capitulation to the unquestionable wisdom of the “slow AIs.”
