I don’t follow this franchise (nothing against them, just don’t go out of my way for them), but I’m familiar enough to know he hasn’t been absent for all that long. Looking it up, it seems he’s only missed one movie since he debuted in the series. Two if you say this post-credits scene doesn’t count.

I think the last one I saw was Tokyo Drift. I don’t think Johnson had made his Fast debut yet. I don’t really have much interest in catching up, but they seem like potentially fun movies.
