I feel miserable about what we’ve lost and are losing too. But this isn’t a game that we win or lose and then go home from. Having missed 1.5°C we have to fight for 2.0°C, and if we miss that we have to fight for 2.5°C, and so on. It gets harder and we lose more instead of it being something finished that we should lie down and accept.

Also, I guess it hasn’t occurred to him he could just punish the people responsible for the concert instead of laying waste to an entire geographical region. Maybe the pagan gods could give him some pointers on curses.
