Fox TV reporter accuses it of "muzzling" her during unrelated local news segment, promises big reveal from Project Veritas

Well, sorta. At least according to Teh Wikiz, this is a Fox owned-and-operated affiliate, which means it’s Murdochs all the way down.

On the one hand, FOX is corrupt, so no surprise there.

On the other hand, Project Veritas is a lying sack of weasel snot.

So, the right eats the right. I’m good with this.

They don’t exactly traffic in professional behavior. While this is a little farther than they usually let their folks go, it’s not the worst stunt I’ve seen.

I always felt that the Democratic People’s Republic of Kampuchea was hard to beat, thought the Coalition Government of Democratic Kampuchea may have. Long name, every word a lie.

Not that many, many others don’t give it a run for their money. But yes, Project Veritas is in that league. But no cigar for them as far as I’m concerned.

Or rather, “cultivated astroturfing.”

As for what she is “being subjected to”, my bet is that she — the weather reporter — just found out some juicy QAnon/Anti-Vax/Mike Lindell/Lin Wood/Dev Nunes tidbit of falsehood that she simply has to air (in her weather segment?) but is being sensibly restrained because whether it’s nonsense or not, she is, again, the weather reporter.

They do get funding from the Kochverse, but Erik Prince (DeVos) has been involved with them too.

Project Veritas speaks the truth as often as it’s in Latin. When it’s in English, it projects.

That’s why they are so against abortion, less meat.

The sad thing is, when my mom eventually dies because of her rampant belief that the vaccine is evil and hydroxocholoroquinine is the cure, I won’t be able to sue this woman, or Fox, or anyone.

I know this has probably been suggested to her 1000 times, but she should totally change her last name to Tower.

Yeah. Good luck keeping that gig girl.

Hunter’s laptop?

Nah, that doesn’t bring billion-dollar lawsuits.

The local Fox gig? I think this “girl” knew she was sabatoging it. And that she’s angling for much better-paying work with some further-right outfit, like Newsmax. Corporate Fox passed on her, so she’s probably looking for handsomely paid national work elsewhere.

That’s not 100% what I expected it to be but it’s close. I thought Q, hydroxychloroquine, and anti-vax stuff but it was bitcoin, hydroxychloroquine, and anti-vax stuff. And Project Veritas managed to get footage that the Ad Council bought ads at the station for the CDC. Shocking news.

It’s almost as if the CDC wants people to get vaccinated. Sure sounds suspicious! :stuck_out_tongue:

I think the government might be secretly using public funds to promote vaccination.
