Same. I have the same feels every time the kids get into something primitive that is from before they were born:
- It’s really neat that you’re interested in how we did things before it was easy
but also
- You know they suck, right?
On balance I think it’s great. It’d be easy for kids to say everything before them sucks and isn’t worth knowing about, but old technology is super clever and has a lot to teach us.
