The Heritage Foundation has been treated as if it were a respectable source of information for decades now. How was the NYT to know that changed just because they finally said the quiet part loud?

yeah. people keep talking about the “october surprise” - but to me it seems the media participates in creating that surprise
■■■■■ being called a fascist by the joint chief of staff, the release of the indictment documentation, him dancing on stage for a half hour all while supporters needed medical attention… any of that could have been the “surprise”
i think there’s almost a bystander effect. if it seems like all of the outlets are going to cover something, then they all will try to be first and loudest. otherwise, they kind of look at each other to figure out how to react.
and, they’re all so worried about being “fair and balanced” they don’t want to step out of ahead and criticize ■■■■■ directly. so they refuse to make any of these things the “surprise”

WTAF? Last time? They wish. I was thinking about AI hallucination but this is completely consistent with their bullshit. The NYT will keep screaming about both sides right until their staffs ending up in gulag. Their wish to become sanctioned press in the Third Reich won’t come true because the Fuhrer considers them too “libruh” for his taste.

It would be a huge issue for Biden because people vote for Biden because he is competent and able to govern.
That was never part of Trump’s appeal to his voters, so who cares?
Maybe if he pulled off a his mask and revealed he was George Soros all along, maaaybe that would be concerning to some of his voters.
