Cool, then obviously he had some super-sekret genius knowledge plan that no one could possibly ever figure out that totally would have made his idea work, and it wasn’t that he was a bit of a crank!

In 1943, the US Government had the National Defense Research Committee (NDRC) check and review the late Tesla’s papers, just in case there was something about a death ray or whatever in them.
