So, per BBC, G4S appears to be in the midst of notching up another win for the efficiency of the private sector at HMP Birmingham; with the riot being handed off to the state “due to the scale of the incident.”
First I’d heard of any atypical trouble there. Is this a surprise elsewhere; or has it previously been a local news story?
