Any USB port extender will do th8is and provide extra ports at the same time. I have two on my iMac one in the back and another in one of the keyboard ports.
I see how that could arise with an iMac, and I completely get the Wacom tablets, charging, and the like. There is a lot on your list though that sounds like it would serve you better if it were networked with ethernet, or attached through SATA, SCSI, or SAS to an auxiliary system that was.
when the keys wear out i sell it and buy a new one. they are cheap these days…
