Considering the study alternatives offered in other non-traditional venues, this seems like a good idea.

I was thinking that this might be a worthwhile addition to the Gaming the Past syllabus:
Exploit immigrants! Deplete natural resources! Abandon mine waste for future generations to deal with! I haven’t actually played the game, though, so I can’t attest to its historical accuracy or playability.
