That’s true on a meta-level.
I definitely didn’t laugh at this. I feel for him, and reading some of the comments, especially on YouTube, breaks my heart. Posting and sharing this to laugh at him is an example of the internet being terrible. I can’t imagine he’ll take the finger-pointing and giggling that this is generating lightly.
Who is the person that would film a guy who is obviously troubled and vulnerable, and expressing it in private with one other person who he presumably trusts, and upload it for laughs? Maybe I’m making too many assumptions, but this feels like the uploader is taking advantage of this guy.

Angry, troubled, Tourette Syndrome possibly but he looks to me like he suffers from PKU. I am not laughing.
