Every time I see runners who run from the waist down only, I think ‘move your arms, you numbskull - it’ll improve the exercise, help your heart pump and loosen up your core/trunk muscles too’

Often they are holding a large/heavy water bottle which limits their arm movement. So this guy has a guitar? Same thing.

At least go wireless amiright?
