I don’t understand how this works. Nothing about those balls make sense. So ah… someone want to explain how they float/fly like that? Because I’m feeling dense.

I presume they are all suspended by thin strings tethered from a point about 10 feet above his head

Won’t someone please think of the poor production assistant who has to untangle the pendulum strings after the performance?

It should be possible to calculate the length of the strings by checking the period of the orbits. (Well, you’d also have to assume that he’s on Earth, I guess.)

For accuracy, this should be repeated in a vacuum. I’m sure the performer wouldnt mind

The math would be easier if the performer were also spherical.

A very cool wonderful thing! Thanks. But I’d have preferred fewer jump cuts in the video so I could follow the path of a single ball from his hand and back to his hand.
