Pretty sure someone is giving him a non verbal command off camera, but still super cute.
I had a dog who would bark on command. You would hook your index finger in an upside down J.

Could be. My goldie will do a spin when I point, but only when he’s standing outside waiting to come in for his meal (I’m trying to get him to back up so I can open the door, and he thinks I mean spin around… we’re working on our communication skills, but it’s a job).
