I assume a lot of people here remember the recent discovery, that most of the Scots Wikipedia was written by one guy who doesnât speak Scots. Well, things have moved on, and in a very much positive direction!
Comixology and/or Marvel Comics have made nearly every comic book starring, featuring, or tangentially connected to Black Panther free on the Comixology site/app. Thatâs approximately 250 280 issues or so for free instead of the ~$600 they would normally cost.
Whatâs odd is that thereâs been no official announcement, it just happened and word started to spread around Twitter, Reddit, and other avenues. The Reddit thread has a good collection of direct links if you want to get started.
A few notes: 1) Individual issues are currently free but collections remain the regular price. 2) Interest in this has been pretty high and Comixology was straining to keep up earlier in the day. If you want to add everything itâs probably best to go slow and do it in a few passes so as to make sure it all lands in the shopping cart properly. 3) The Comixology shopping cart maxes out at 150 items, so youâll need to make at least two âpurchasesâ.
Edit: Someone in the Reddit thread counted 288 individual issues on sale. I think my count was lower because I already had several issues and collections in my library.
