I still can’t forgive them for shutting down Google Reader. In retrospect, though, I can understand how RSS was in direct conflict with the next stage of their ensh*ttification process at the time.

VPN and jaunty tin-foil-hat notion: y’know how the tax preparing (it being actual tax day today) industry resist simplification of the tax codes? (one link) Would it surprise the naturally suspicious to discover some big VPN companies funding republican efforts to shut down specific internet (porn mostly) sites in certain states?

Feedly is a fantastic replacement. I migrated years ago and get all of my feeds (including BB) from it.
