Jesus of course is right out, those Sunday school cartoons I watched were like super-duper socialism …
99% of lamestream media kids’ shows are people learning about helping others, being thoughtful about people who are different, running free healthcare clinics (looking at you, Doc McStuffins!), illegal immigrants trying to take our jobs (Optimus didn’t even need a driver!), freeloading, pic-a-nic basket stealing national park welfare bears …

This. So much this. The higher-up dems seem to think things are business as usual and continue to play their little political games. But it is not. Democrats and democracy will have no future unless everyone who isn’t a facist moves fast and hard very soon

The Evangelicals who took over my childhood C of E church seemed to be very keen on the Jericho genocide for some reason.
I have my own theories on what actually happened then, which doesn’t include genocide, but I doubt that the Evangelicals would accept it.
