They tell a version of the truth. They can’t openly talk about genocide or cultural cleansing yet, but you can read between the lines of what they say and see they are planning it.

I don’t think that gives anyone a pass.
If someone is the getaway driver for a bank robbery, and during the robbery a customer has a heart attack (natural cause), due to the stress of the robbery and dies, then even the driver is on the hook for felony murder or a lesser charge, depending on state law.
The medical reason might be natural causes, but that’s not the legal responsibility.
