Mega Man doesn’t sell, that’s why they rarely put them out. It took Mega Man 11 over two years to sell 1.5 million copies. Considering how much games cost to make, that isn’t viable. It’s a series that banks on nostalgia for sales.

There’s room for smaller titles, but these studios with great neglected IP have consolidated and only look to chase high budget AAA games that need to sell huge to get a return on investment.
