my personal definitions of those terms are
wokeness–adjective–describing the condition of being insufficiently racist in the eyes of the person using the term.
cancel culture–noun–a state of having to face the consequences of one’s own flaws, particularly flaws in public discourse.

For me it’s just that it’s Grimes, and is talking about a DDOS attack on a website and the way you do that is either by having an army of machines which you get through owning them, working in cooperation with a group of like-minded people, infecting a lot of computers with malware, or paying somebody that already has one of the above.
Since there is absolutely no evidence that Grimes has any of the first three that leaves only the “I bought an attack” option.
That said, “Oblivion” kicks ass
