Kidd is the real deal. I met him a couple of years ago when he was giving a presentation at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Not just a great designer but pretty hilarious to boot!
When we lived in MA, an actual job opening came up for Kidd. I filled out an application and sent it in. The end. My brush with greatness. (If you do a story on those Scriptographic booklets, I can tell a very similar anecdote!)
