Actually, this is just a natural consequence of building one. It’s gonna happen. It did happen. It will happen again. The reason you should choose not to build them in the first place is because they are for military/police states and none else. OTOH, if we are in fact a military/police state (and you could certainly make a solid argument in the affirmative), then I guess the bill fits the order.
