Happy Mutants food and drink topic (Part 2)

Made me think of Pemmican recipes. We have Pacific Blackberry’s growing in our backyard. Perhaps a good thing to use to make the Pemmican. Dried meat, tallow, nuts and berries.

16th annual July 4th beer and food fest. Homemade kegs of mead, porter, and root beer. Also a keg slipped to us by a Virginia brewery.

This was in Middlest-Virginia, at a gathering of family and friends. Beer, cooking, people working to make music on the available instruments. I had intended to post pictures of the homemade pizza and Mexican street corn, and other food, but the beer distracted everyone.

Question for all you brewers. Our HVAC person said we have clear slime and said it was because of my spouse’s homebrew mead. He doesn’t brew much. Like 3 gallon carboy every 3 months.
Could it be the yeasty beasties colonizing the HVAC system? Like. Have you ever heard of that?
