There are tons of “best advice of the year” columns in the papers today and one of them was something like, “when something is stressing you out or upsetting you, think, ‘will this be a problem tomorrow? A week from now?’ If the answer is ‘no,’ it’s a small problem and there’s no need to stress about it.”
I’m going to try to keep that one in mind.
