This reminds me of Yorktown history, where the government/military and developers have been taking land:
“We’re a post-racial society! A black man was elected President, and the evils of slavery are far in our past. Why can’t they get over it…?”

Israel does it better:
Dead serious: expropriate all property from White people. The property gained through theft, “legal” chicanery, good ol’ racism, old boys’ networks - expropriate it as repartations.
