Never know when you’re going to need a miniaturized grappling hook launcher.

Pretty amazing how Bond manages to do all that spy work when he’s so dang famous. Not only does he introduce himself by his full name at every opportunity, but he has a well-known logo.

I liked the bit in the Phineas and Ferb movie where Phineas finally found out that Perry was a secret agent, complete with his own logo.

That’s why at the beginning of You Only Live Twice, they fake Bond’s death.

From what I understand, Bond is not a “Spy”, but an assassin. His standard operating procedure is to announce his presence to the enemy and then kill anyone who makes a more on him. Brand recognition helps him smoke out his prey.

Odd, I always thought Saul Bass did West Side Story – always learning. Thanks.

Anyone know where or how one could view the entire documentary?

I’ve always thought they missed a trick not saving this bit for when they introduced a new actor in the part.

Kind of a Dread Pirate Roberts thing. I like it.

I was thinking more of a “same guy, different face” thing, but sure!

The article says it’s streaming on Max, but I haven’t verified.
