How to clean a flat top grill, restaurant-style

I’ve found the pumps on these ones last longer (which is to say none of mine have failed in several decades)…

Never eat out.

Not sure what the big deal is. Whatever harsh chemicals were used to avoid scrubbing are gone once the grill is rinsed and wiped down. And as a customer, you’re not the one who has to smell it while it’s being cleaned. Or am I missing something?

Carry those hot grease traps out to dump was the worst. There was zero chance of doing it without slopping hot grease on your knuckles and a good chance at getting your feet.

Sadly, no.
