Mosley Callbacks. We must be cautious.
I think he was better in Clone Wars. (Rebels was kind of a callback.) A non-force user who could give Jedi a run for their credits: cold, smart, a quick-thinker but also a careful planner.
He had a bigger hat, villain plot-armor, and he was blue with red eyes ā which always means bad-ass.
