This is using regular camera mode on my phone. The scene is lit from the amber streetlight, blue LEDs on the roof, & white LEDs on shrubs beneath the snow.
The phone takes interesting (if unrealistic) night shots. Here’s one of Nat’l Harbor, taken from Alexandria VA a couple of weeks ago:

Nah, he would never drink beer out of a straw and the 5 year old owner of said cup would be incensed if anyone else used it! Now, he would totally drink it out of a glass pint with H.K. on it, if he could convince the kid that cup wasn’t her’s as well.
