Of course we did smoke out of real food back in the day: carrots, apples, potatoes, anything you could carve into a makeshift pipe. Heres hoping she does a ceramic dented Coke can.

Hard pass. I hope that thing is glazed inside as well, or the porcelain will never be cleanable. I’ll stick to glass, where I can see that it’s been completely emptied of stale resin occasionally. That chicken pipe looks nasty. I’d pass if it was handed to me to hit.
This image really needs something for scale.
