Is this really surprising to anyone who has paid attention to the issue? Also it needs to be corrected for number of migrants if one really wants to figure out the “most dangerous” in this depressing situation. Unless I missed some small print these a representing number of deaths rather than number of deaths per estimated migrant passage. (given some of the horrific North Africa- Italy mass deaths in transit it may still be top spot)
