Upon realizing a new Tom The Dancing Bug has been posted I feel impending joy, an expectation not unlike being a kid and realizing that a new Star Wars film is in the theaters or similar to the feeling I had when I exited my car downtown, looked down at the curb and saw a $50 bill on the ground. If this strip hasn’t won a Reuben Award yet, there’s no fairness in the universe.
